This page sets out the applicable fees for Merchants who create and manage their Stripe account via the Bopple platform. If you can see Bopple’s branding when you log in to Stripe, this means your Stripe account has been created through Bopple.
By default, Card Fees are passed on to customers at checkout, offsetting Payment Processing Fees in full or part, unless you opt to absorb the cost in full. Default Card Fees for each region are outlined below.
Included for all businesses using Stripe with Bopple:
The pricing and fees set out below remain separate to your Subscription Fee and Platform Fees, and are subject to change. All pricing below is exclusive of relevant taxes, such as GST, VAT or sales tax, unless otherwise stated.
You can issue either partial or full refunds to customers via Bopple. The Payment Processing Fee and any Platform Fees from the original charge and any applicable currency conversion fees are not refundable.
Payments are typically processed and automatically transferred directly to your Stripe account, attracting the Payment Processing Fees outlined below.
Customers pay a Card Fee of 1.6% (inc. GST) at checkout unless you opt to absorb the Payment Processing Fees in full.
Customers pay a Card Fee of 2.7% at checkout unless you opt to absorb the Payment Processing Fees in full.
Customers pay a Card Fee of 2.9% at checkout unless you opt to absorb the Payment Processing Fees in full.
If you do not connect, verify, or maintain an active Stripe account, payments will need to be processed and held in Bopple's platform account, then manually transferred to your Stripe account once it is connected and verified. This fallback process is in place to limit revenue loss for your business any time you are unable to accept payments with your own Stripe account.
Payment Processing Fees are deducted from payments at the time of payment processing. Held Payment Transfer Fees are deducted at the time that the manual transfer is initiated to your Stripe account, once the account is connected and verified.
