Bopple Affiliate Program Terms

Welcome to the Bopple Affiliate Program. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation. By signing up as a Bopple Affiliate ("Affiliate" or "you"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

Affiliate: A person or entity approved by Bopple to participate in the Affiliate Program under this Agreement.
Agreement: This Affiliate Program Agreement, including any amendments, program guides, and policies.
Qualified Referral: A new or reactivated venue that subscribes to Bopple after being referred by the Affiliate and makes subscription payments.
Subscription Payment: A monthly payment made by a venue to Bopple for subscription services.
Venue: A business or merchant subscribing to Bopple’s services.

Enrollment in the Program

To enroll, you must submit a completed application via the Bopple Affiliate signup page. Bopple reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As a Bopple Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Bopple’s services professionally and ethically.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing activities.
• Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
• Adhere to the terms of this Agreement and any Program Guide.
• Provide accurate and complete payment and tax information.
• Complete all participation requirements as outlined in the Program Guide.

Qualified Referrals

A Qualified Referral includes:

• A new venue subscribing to Bopple after being referred by you,
• An existing venue reactivating and starting a new subscription after your referral, or
• An existing Bopple customer adding an expansion venue and starting a new subscription after your referral.

To be considered "Qualified," the venue must:

• Enter your affiliate code during the subscription checkout process.
• Remain active and in good standing.
• Successfully pay monthly subscription fees.

Commission & Payment

Commission Structure:

• Affiliates will receive 100% of the subscription payments for the first three (3) subscription months of each referred or reactivated venue.
• The commission amount is calculated based on the subscription amount paid by the referred venue for each of the first three months.

Payment Terms:

• Payouts will be made on a Net 30 (N-30) basis — that is, 30 days after Bopple receives each eligible subscription payment.
• A minimum payout threshold of AUD $50 applies. If your balance is below this threshold, earnings will roll over to the next payout cycle.
• All payouts will be processed via PayPal.
• Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use false or misleading statements to promote Bopple.
• Engage in spam or unsolicited communications.
• Use automated messaging for promotions.
• Bid on Bopple-branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns.

Bopple reserves the right to withhold commissions and terminate participation for any prohibited activities.

Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program and continues until terminated by either party.

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
• Upon termination, any outstanding commissions for Qualified Referrals will be paid in accordance with this Agreement.

Modification

Bopple reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through the Affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in this Agreement creates a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Bopple.

Limitation of Liability

Bopple shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

Acceptance of Terms

By applying to join, accessing, or participating in the Bopple Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and any related Program Guides, policies, and updates that may be issued by Bopple from time to time.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not participate in the Affiliate Program.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
